We are a not-for-profit trade association for all drycleaners and launderers. We are a member driven organization that exists for the betterment of our members and the industry as a whole. We strive to bring the best programs and services to our membership. We will work tirelessly as the watchdogs for their businesses. Under the care of a dedicated Board of volunteer leaders: we help to shape the industry, provide the industry with a voice with regulators and legislators, and make our members more successful. We work for you, the member. We don't have all the answers every time, but we will help you find the answers all the time. We want you to put us to work for you.
NEFA was founded in 1975, but the true roots of the association go back to the 1940's with the Cleansing Plant Owners of Massachusetts. We have been working tirelessly on behalf of the industry ever since. Peter Blake, NEFA's Executive Vice President, has 20 years of Experience with NEFA and uses his expertise to help members solve problems.
